These terms cover your use of the Grazevine app. By using the app you agree to them.
Grazevine helps you browse wines and cheeses, find pairings, plan menus for events, and take a shopping list to the shops. It is a planning and suggestion tool.
Grazevine is not a live stock feed. The catalogue of wines and cheeses is built into the app, and the photographs of cheeses come from Wikipedia. It is not a record of what any particular shop has on the shelf today, and prices and availability are not guaranteed. Always check with the retailer.
Pairing suggestions are exactly that: suggestions, offered for enjoyment. They are not nutritional, dietary, medical, or allergen advice. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, check the actual product packaging. Do not rely on this app.
Grazevine is for adults aged 18 and over. The app asks you to confirm your date of birth before you can use it, and it is rated 18+ on the App Store. Do not use it to purchase or consume alcohol if you are underage. Please drink responsibly.
Premium unlocks My Cellar, which records the bottles you own and tells you when each one is ready to open, the cheese platter builder, menus for your events with calendar saving, and shopping lists.
The menus and lists you create are yours, and they stay on your device. Because they are not stored by us, we cannot recover them if you delete the app, lose your phone, or reset it.
Please do not attempt to break, overload, take apart, or resell the app or the data it displays.
We aim to keep Grazevine working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn over time. The photographs of cheeses come from Wikipedia, which we do not control.
To the extent the law allows, Grazevine is provided "as is" and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, including reliance on product information, pairing suggestions, or availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under law that cannot be excluded. In particular, if you are in Australia, nothing here limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Grazevine is downloaded from the App Store, and the licence to use the app is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. We have not written our own licence in its place. These Terms of Use sit alongside it and describe how the service works, what the subscription includes, and what Grazevine does and does not promise. Where the two differ on the licence to use the software, Apple's agreement governs.
Grazevine is offered from Australia and these terms are governed by Australian law. Nothing in this clause removes a right you have under the law of the place you live that cannot be removed by agreement.
